I started using Last pass years a go, it was so nice. I loved it.

For a while now, I keep getting duplicate entries. Not only that, but also a whole bunch of "generated passwords" that don't work. I have sites that clicking on ones that used to work but now go to the page and don't log in.

I try to go to "Account Settings" and I get, "An error occurred while loading the window "

This thing is a mess. What happened? How can I straighten this out?

    Thank you,
    Chris.

    Bump.

Did you ever get this fixed, Chris?

I use Roboform, myself. For $12.00 a year, you can get Last Pass premium with tech support included.

No, never got it fixed. All the "Generated Passwords" that don't say the website, but "generated Passwords ". Worst part is when I go to my email, it doesn't work most of the time, and if if does, doesn't log me in, just goes to the page.

I went for years and years with the free one. I want to go back to that time.

I thought about switching brands, but the idea of transferring all the duplicate entries and "generated passwords" seems like a hassle.

    Thank you,

    Chris.

Chris, you can try Roboform for free if you limit passcards to ten User IDs / Logins, and there's an import function specifically related to Last Pass data in Roboform too. Might be worth looking into.

    Import LastPass to RoboForm

Sorry so late responding. I am not getting email updates for some reason.
