laser printer

Can anyone please tell me approximately how many full size 8½x11 letters that I could print from a toner-cartridge in a Laser Lexmark E-210. Thank you very much.

 

AT http://www.lexmark.com/US/products/tech_specs/0,1231,MjI3MXwx,00.html it has that the Print cartridge (yields 1,000 pages at approximately 5% coverage) under the heading in the box. Then under Supplies Yields it has 2,000-page print cartridge yield at approximately 5% coverage.

 

To Russ: Thank you for your message. If I use 5% coverage, then according to my arithmetic, it will cost me 4½ cents a page. But since I will do about 75% coverage it will cost me about 68 cents a page. It would be much cheaper for me to keep my ink jet printer which costs me about 2 cents a page since I use Canon all-black ink. Do you agree with my reasoning and facts. Thank you. abx
