If you press any key does it finish the bootup process?

It wouldn't hurt if you mentioned the model number.
Did you Google-> dell laptop and continuous beep sound

Hi Steve, thank you for the response. the Dell laptop model number is Inspiron 15-3521. I did Google, but could not find any solution. The laptop doesn't boot. After i press power button on, the fan spins and after couple of seconds it tuns off and then I can hear continous beep sound.

Hi Tony, Thank you for the links. I noticed there are 8 beep sounds means problem with LCD screen. Is it possible to remove the LCD completely with cables and attach to a LCD monitor? for this do i need to do any BIOS settings?

Your laptop should have an HDMI output. Buy or borrow a HDMI cable and plug it into a LCD television or monitor. No need to change BIOS settings. I do this at home to use my laptop as a DVD player.
