Language PopUp Installer Annoyance

Can anyone tell me how to STOP or get rid of the *Language Installer * popup screen that comes up when visiting sites not in English. It prompts me to install a language pack or somehing which I do NOT want to do and I am tired of this thing popping up all the time on those sites. Can it be configured to NOT ever popup?

I had rather use a translator or Bablefish to translate the page I am visiting so don't need to install any additional languages .

You might get some ideas. There are several entries containing "charset "

Thanks for the link but I dunno. I couldn''t seem to find anything that directly gave me steps for stopping the language installer popup screen. and I am no expert at this type of thing. (for me I need step by step guidance) so guess I'll have to live with it. Hey, thanks again, for trying to help tho'.
