    A woman who cleans houses for a living was telling me that she purchased an refurbished PC with XP SP-3 on it. She only speaks Spanish and the XP is in English.

    Is there a way to change the language over to Spanish? I personally have never done this so I do not know if a language pack is needed or what. Any pointers in the right direction would help us a lot.

    Thanks

    1. download this:
    Windows XP Service Pack 3 MUI Pack Update

    To change the language used for menus and dialog boxes{

    Open Regional and Language Options in Control Panel.

    On the Languages tab, under Language used in menus and dialogs, click the language you want.

    OK thanks for your help. I will send this to her. So all she does is download the file from the link, run it and then once it is finished follow the instructions you gave?

    I just translated that page and sent to her. I hope it works. I told her that any programs or downloads they install that they should look for them in a Spanish version because I do not think this automatically will convert those in Spanish
