Windows Vista Language bar stays hidden

    The language bar was working fine up until a while ago... but now it's just not there at all.

    I go to the Text Services and Language Inputs in the control panel and choose the language bar tab. It's shown as Hidden. I choose Docked in the taskbar and then choose ok. When i go back to this tab Hidden is checked again!

    Am I missing something?

    Thankyou!

    I searched on google last night but i couldnt find anything like that.

    I made a shortcut to C:\Windows\System32\ctfmon.exe so I can just start it when i need it! :D
