LAN with LINKSYS Router

    Installed a LINKSYS Router with two PC's connected to the internet. Everything is working great. Now I would like to create a LAN using the router. I am running XP home on both PC's and everything I have tried didn't work. I have a workgroup setup so I can see PC2's files from PC1, but I would like PC2 to being able to use the local printer on PC1. Can anyone help or send me to good Web Site for help.

    Is the printer on PC1 set to be SHARED ?

    Depending on the printer you may have to actually install ( reinstall ) it as a Network Printer on PC2.

    I had to reinstall the printer on 2 98SE machines after I installed XP Pro on this machine which the printer is actually hooked to.

    I found my problem. Zone Alarm, I forgot to set my firewall to allow access. Everything is working great now.
