    Administrator vs limited accounts

Hi visee. You have listed processes, not accounts. Accounts either have administrator privileges or are limited accounts.

You can see the privileges assigned to any particular account by doing this:
    Control Panel > User Accounts
and then click on the icon of the account. The name and icon of the account will be shown as well as the account's privileges.

you never want to stop the processes SYSTEM, LOCAL SERVICE, NETWORK SERVICE. These are SYSTEM services and killing them will generally disable the associated functionality of the operating system until the system is restarted.

Why do you want to kill these processes ?
