I am using a command virus protection, but I keep getting a disinfection failed against File CSRS.DLL. The infection is w32/sckeylogger.c@pws showing it cannot be rmoved. Disinfection failed. Infection status - infected. Can anyone help with removing this problem or showing how I can overcome it.

You didn't post what folder it is in, or what your OS is,so I am giving you these three links. The first two are about your System Restore folder, as it could be hiding in there, and is a good idea to clear it out after an infection, as it can be restored back by your OS.
    Disable System Restore XP
    Disable System Restore ME
Use MoveOnBoot to delete it, this will add a new item to your right click Context Menu, target that file with Move on Boot, and then reboot.
It would not be a bad idea to get HijackThis, unzip it into it's own folder. Do a scan with it and post the log on here. It will be looked at, and advice will be given as to if your startups are clean or not. Please do not attempt anything with HJT on your own, unless you are familiar with your OS. The link for this is below.
