Keyboard works... only in some instances

    I have a Samsung T500 Tablet touch screen model running Win 10.

    The touch keyboard makes itself available for some apps but not others. For instance, if I want to search in a browser or type in an address, I cannot make the KB appear however, when the device wants me to log into my MS account, the KB appears when
    i touch the UN field.

    Any thoughts?
