Resolved Keyboard Shortcuts + XP Virtual

    Hi,
    When I have several windows open on my desktop, I know
    I can press Alt-F4 to close each window.
    Is there a shortcut that will close all windows at once?
    (My KB does NOT have a WIN key).
    Also how does one remove the virtual machine (XP Pro)
    from a Windows Ultimate install?

    What SP do you have on the PC? Do you have Sun Java installed? I can't remember which SP would remove it when you installed the SP if you had Sun Java on it already and the VM unchecked in all the boxes. Usually it is only the JIT box that is checked.

    This is the latest version of Java. Any other versions in Add or Remove programs, can be uninstalled/removed. Click on them and remove them. Do the oldest first. Sun now removes the versions when a new one is downloaded.

    Remove Windows XP Mode through Programs and Features and then click on View Installed Updates in the left hand pane of the same window and scroll down to Microsoft Windows > Windows Virtual PC and uninstall.
