Keyboard settings

Half way through an XP setup I had a power failure while
setting the regional settings. When power was restored XP
continued its installation with what seemed to be no
problems. However when I came to check the regional
settings again, I found that I could not select the UK
settings in Regional and Language settings. When I select
languages I only have US and no other. When I click "add"
there is no selection for English (UK)

Can anybody help to save me having to completely
reinstall XP !!!
