key combi trick

    Sometimes I don't want people going around to look into my screen. Usually I do the following : I put a generic program picture on the screen (e.g. iTunes). Then I reduce slightly the picture to almost an entire screen. Afterwards, I start what is my private program, using the full screen. If somebody comes behind me, I click the "reduce to icon" hyphen on the top right and the screen shows immediately the picture below, i.e. iTunes.

    Now the problem is that sometimes I am not so fast reaching the right location with my touchpad. Is there the possibility to assign the same function (i.e. reduce to icon the running program) to a key or combination of keys of my choice? Thank you, Paolo.

    Win Logo + M, you could also use Win Logo + D to reduce all windows...

    Or slide the cursor to the bottom right corner of the screen or even off the screen in that corner and the desktop will appear. Move the cursor and the window reappears.

    Keycombo alt+tab will quickly switch between open tasks.
