keep getting emails to please update credentials

    for connected accounts on outlook.com, I keep doing it but get emails every day, very annoying, no problem with the gmail account, just the aol account, was no problem for years up until a couple of weeks ago

    Hopefully you aren't clicking on anything in the email....that could very well be a phishing scam.

    no, but I go to options connected accts, and it will say update failed, sometimes it says up to date, real annoying, may have to just delete them

    Why don't you just mark them as Junk or Phishing Scam ? Your email server should do the rest for you.

    Deleting the EMail Accounts and adding them back might help.
