KB5048239 - another faulty Recovery Environment Update

    My DeskTop meets this requirement to not being offered the update:

    If your running PC does not have a WinRE recovery partition.

    It still got installed yesterday with the other monthly updates. The question is how and why but ... :confused: ... it didn't fail!
