   Hi, I just recently cleaned my whole computer out because I had a virus. I had Windows XP when I erased my computer then i re-downloaded it. The problem is that my computer is running very slow. Is it something with my RAM. Do I need to install it into my computer again? Thankyou for your help

   Hopefully we can assist you w/ your comp issues. Please explain more about these things:
   1. I had Windows XP when I erased my computer then i re-downloaded it.
   What do you mean by "redownloaded it "? Downloaded what? Do you mean that you erased the entire hard drive and reinstalled the Windows operating system?
