with a big ol monitor and am sooo happy! As some of you may know, my laptop monitor died a couple weeks ago and so I decided to get a new computer and not a laptop.

First off, the speakers I ordered are awful... just ordered the basic ones but it sounds as if they are already blown! And I bought Intellimover and I cannot get it to work on the old computer, it says "H:/ drive is invalid ", ummm there is NO H:/ drive! I don't know what to do!

BUT my question is, that it has a 160 GB HD and I want to partition it off, do I need special software to do it? Can someone help me with this, it's been awhile!

    Thanks a bunch!!!

    KC

I've even read Dell's page on how to do it, but I get different options when I right-click on the drive in the "Computer Management" screen....

    Can anyone help? :(

    Thanks!!!

Congratulations Kittie Cat - treat her gently until you get to know her well :)

I have not heard of Intellimover before - suggest you contact their support - they have email support ....

As Windows is already installed on the drive which is a single partition you will need to use third party software such as Partition Magic to partition it. You cannot do it through Disk Management.
