Just a quick Hi! to introduce myself

The main reason I found this forum is that I have been having LOADS of problems installing my latest lot of microsoft down loads. I have a very short attention span and have checked most of the things that I thought may have caused the problem. So now I am going to browse though the threads to see if this has happened to anyone else. So you may see my name soon on a post if I can't find an answer
