JUNO/ WIN XP/ & third party Accelerator software

Any JUNO users out there using XP/IE6.0?
I've added the USADATANET PROPEL ACCELERATOR monthly plan. It caches web sites and speeds up delivery but I question whether it is worth it for $4.95/mth. I tried to uninstall PROPEL and found that it leaves Internet Explorer 6.0 goofed up. JUNO & IE6.0 can't read web pages at all. USADATANET has no solution. For now, I've reinstalled PROPEL so I can access internet. USADATANET has given me a free month service. It seems that you can't "reset" IE6.0 because it is part of WIN XP rather than a seperate program. They have suggested I could completely restore the entire hard drive(start from scratch) with the restore disks that come with my computer. Gee thanks but no thanks!!
