Why doesn't WinXP seem to support .jpg files? When trying to save a .jpg file, the file seems to have been saved, but when attempts are made to view the file there is no data. The only options given are either .art or .bmp files types in the save as option.

Go to AOL keyword Preferences (WWW/Internet) and on the "Web Graphics" tab change it to "never compress ".

You may have to clear temp Internet files and/or reboot.
