Is this a picture that normally doesn't fit in the window. By this I mean is it a picture that if you were using IE 5.5 to view it you would have to scroll to see the whole thing? If so IE 6 has an autosizing feature that automatically sizes the picture to fit the window. If you put you cursor on the lower right hand corner of the picture a plus sign will appear. Click on it and the picture will be resized to it's normal size. If you don' t like this feature you can turn it off by clicking on tools\internet options\advanced. Uncheck the line in the multimedia section that says "enable automatic image resizing ".
