Resolved Joining a network in windows 7

I have a problem joining a network that I created.
In "network sharing center" it shows "joinedâ€
When I click on it, it goes to the "Home group" page and I can click on "view or print passwordâ€
And I can see my password. To make it simple I just named it "Svenâ€.
I then go to the laptop and follow the prompts to enter the password, the wizard goes thru the motion and comes back with an error:
Windows cannot setup a network on this computer.
No further details, anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Both of them Win 7 or not?

 

Desk top is win 7 ultimate, Laptop is win7 home premium

I printed the page and read thru it several time, but for some reason I cannot do it.
I am pre occupied right now and cannot concentrate. I will try again over the weekend. For now I will mark it solved.
