Active Java.exe HIGH CPU Usage

[Active] Java.exe HIGH CPU Usage

Hii.
I've been using Windows XP SP3.
From the past few weeks I have been noticing that the CPU usage of my machine is constantly above 50%.
Even after closing all the programs the CPU usage doesnt seem to decrease.
After checking the process list in the task manager..the culprit turned out to be java.exe..
I'm not sure which process is causing java to gobble up the CPU.
After starting the machine the CPU usage is low(10-15%)...After I open Google chrome or Yahoo messenger the CPU Usage seems to climb up to 50% and thereafter doesnt decrease...
As Instructed, I'm posting the logs of DDS.txt and Attach.txt
Any help regarding this issue will be greatly appreciated...
