java/bytevirus

    Ad-aware found the java/bytevirus on one of my two PCs. It couldn't deal with it and neither spybot or AVG even found the virus.
    Virus information flags this as a virus that slows the system and causes random faults(the odd window popping up unasked. Does anyone know of any tweaks or programmes to remove actually this?

    Thanks in anticipation (Wish I'd found this site 5 years ago when I was struggling with WIN 98!)
