Japanese spam ?

    I get so many e-mails which appear to be in chinese or japanese . The subject line tells me they are of no interest to me anyway - "Great remortgage Deals" , "Win a £1500 voucher on Easyjet" ( a European cheapie airline - probably a phishing mail hoping for my bank account details ! ) "My funeralcare Plan" etc
    I just delete them of course. But I wonder where they come from.
    I know e-mail addresses are bought and sold but I am surprised that anyone will pay for my address ( and presumably lots of others) without realising that they are using the wrong language.
