The problem is with MS Streets and Trips 2003. I have used this program regularly if not frequently for a long time and never had a problem with it until today. It will not load. A small horizontal screen appears saying: "Cannot display the End User Agreement which must be displayed and accepted before you can use the aplication. To display the agreement, reinstall the application. "

I reinstalled it without success, then uninstalled it and reinstalled it, again without success.

I installed it on a second partition running under Windows 98SE, and all is well, but I cannot get it to "find" the EULA in my XP partition.

It seems that the program disks themselves do not contain the needed file(s) but refer to them in the OS, somewhere.

I found many EULA.* files on my C drive, but none that referred to Streets.

    Any help will be appreciated.
