Resolved [itunes music folders duplicated]

Somehow or other, due to my fiddling, I have managed to get two different folders containing itunes music. One of them contains all my music, so there is no real problem except for Windows Explorer being messy. Is there any safe way to remove ALL traces of itunes music from within Explorer, and if so how? Then with a fresh installation move the contents of my ipod back to my PC

I've managed to sort it out. Found the duplicate entry, clicked delete and held my breath.
