It's me Again

Not sure if this should go here or not. I went to open my IE 6 on my WinME machine and it took a few mins to load then it started to open my home page, then of course it crashed, Illegal Operation..etc etc .etc..Then I went report as it took out half my runnning items on my taskbar including my A/V. Went it went to do a restart I seen this error message, "DK9xFatEngine" and it gave the registry key location in parenthesis and gave me the usual choice of wait or end task. I ended the task and it reboot correctly. First time I seen it..and have begun researching, but thought I would ask here as well.
