Is this a second optical drive you have installed? If so, have you made sure you have one set to master and the other set to slave?

If you want drive E to appear in the right-click SendTo menu, go to Start > Run type sendto (one word) and press Enter, now go to File > New > Shortcut and Browse to the E drive and select it.

The drive can either be IDE connection or SATA connection. If it is IDE, check the jumper setting. The manual recommends setting the drive as master on the secondary IDE controller (port). Manual:
    http://www.liteonit.eu/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=220&Itemid=67&limit=1&limitstart=2

Did the drive work before you upgraded the firmware?
Device Manager does not show the full/correct model number? Check the brand and model number listed on the label of the drive and you that you have used the correct firmware version (some websites may offer modified firmware).

If the problem does not appear to be configuration/jumpers or firmware, check for updated drivers for the drive controllers (IDE and SATA). They will be at the motherboard manufacturer's website and may be bundled with the chipset drivers.

    Matt
Edit: you posted before me. I hope it is working now :)
