Issues With Mail Delivery From One User in Outlook 2003

    Hi all...

    Having an issue. One user is reporting that mail from a single user is going straight to her deleted folder. The issue is not present from anyone else, or from anywhere else in the system. There are no rules active that would cause this, and all exchange settings seem to be correct.

    Running XP sp3, Outlook 03, in a server 03 environment.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I would try right clicking on a mail from the person->Junk Mail->ADD to safe list
