Resolved ISP not loading properly

    Uninstalled my ISP to reinstall it after a problem. got thru the downloads ok to the ISP welcome screen, tried to sign on to ISP kept getting window with Restart Computer, did this every time untill I got fed-up, contacted ISP they sent me the same instructions I had followed before, ie , how to uninstall ISP how to download new software. What is happening please, I am using Internet Explorer now, Spanner

    I guess it wouldn't hurt to mention who your ISP is;)

    And which operating system you're using...

    Many if no most ISP's don't require any type of software installation..

    ISP is AOL, operating system Windows XP Home.
