   Can anyone point me toward a URL to get an ISO download of a 32 bit Windows Vista Home Premium please? PC Owner has lost both the OS and the OEM disk that came with the PC but it does have a legit number on the base.

   The only download that is legit is from MS and I doubt it is still available.
   
   For an OEM install you require the OEM disk specific to the computer in question - check out the PC manufacturer's web site.
