Is XP = NT 5.1?

    Went to www.privacy.net. It analyzed my OS as Windows NT 5.1. I also got this answer in an error message I recently received. I actually have Windows XP (Home) installed. Is XP the same as NT 5.1?

    Yup. Win2K is NT5.0 and XP is NT5.1

    Just for more info...according to AIDA32...my Windows XP Pro is version "5.1.2600 "
