    Hello pumpy,

I don't know about all you need, that would depend on how you use your system, but what you have is more than adequate.

EDIT: In SpyBot, do you have the resident processes running TeaTimer and SDHelper? If you don't, you should.

Dual booting WinME, I know the resource isuue is always a bear. Run your startups thru the tasklist site and see if there are programs running that can be "on demand" instead of starting up at bootup.

I would add to your list SpywareBlaster - this integrates well with Spybot and provides some permanent protection to IE. It is a run once program to enable protection (3100 items in current database) and then run after updating every week or so.
