Is a Licence pac a licence pac??

    For Windows 2000, if I buy a 25 licence pack for our network, can that be used for 2000server, Small Busness Server, Advanced Server...etc. Or is it a spacific set of licences for each diffecent product?
    The reason I ask, is because I saw a 25 pac licence on eBay once and I was wondering if it was good for any Windows product?
