Irritating Advertisemnets...get rid of?

Well obivisouly I've went somewhere and soemthing has gotten downloaded on my computer somehow...so now when I go to my regular web sites, even this one, I get a new window popping up for some ad.....Can someone please tell me how to stop it and get it off my computer. I've ran my Spy Ware...no luck. Any suggestions would be great.

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked.

Close HJT.

Reboot your computer.
Try to go to a search page and let me know what happens.
