IRQ Question

    I was reading a tweakXP article and it mentioned that each major device have its own IRQ. My sound card(SB Audigy), vid(all-in-one Radeon) , network card and modem are all on IRQ 9 as well as the host, USB and IDE controller. Do I need to change the devices IRQ's? and does the order of the PCI slots determine what IRQ those devices will use
