The iPAQ Home Internet Appliance IA-2 Will not sign into msn. We just got this from a friend and we tryed to sign in using our own isp, as it is support by entering in all our info, but this is what happens,

Dial 000-0000 (number not displayed)
Connected...
Signing into MSN...

Then in a while a little dog appears and he says "We are having tourble contacting MSN, we will continue to try, you can cancel by clicking CANCEL. "

It never does sign in, even when a guest trys to. Now i tryed there support numbers but there both disconnected. Futhermore, the website on the Certificate of Warranty no longer works

https://webc.msn.com/memberservices/support/tech_support.htm is the one they offer, but it doesn't show a page.

Is there a way to get this working?
