iOS9 problems with Windows 10

Are the any BBS subscribers who use iPhones or iPads and have had difficulty manually backing up an iPhone/iPad after the iOS install. I have iTunes for Windows and have never had an issue backing up my iPhone to my desktop iTunes until this latest iOS upgrade. Now, my iPhone and iPad are not recognized by my iTunes for Windows. I "chatted" with Apple support today and the tech support specialist hinted at glitches with this latest v12.3 iTunes update. Any ideas?

Thanks Neil. The Apple Support rep more or less admitted that the newest iTunes for Windows version may still have "some kinks." I have noticed that these more substantial iOS updates have come with many more "kinks" in the recent past. "The Empire has Broken "? (slightly?)
