    Suggest a repair of IE/OE ....

Add/Remove Programs > MS Internet Explorer > Remove and select Repair in the dialogue box.

Very strange - AFAIK it should be there in Win 98.

Take a look here - towards the bottom there is a command line to Repair/Return to previous version.

    May be further help here.

    Or try:
    Start Menu/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Information/Tools menu/ IE Repair
