Introduction

Hi folks, I'm Linda. I'm new here. I live and work in the Philadelphia area for a regional bank in their wealth management/investments division. I used to think I was a computer wiz. I was even a network admin at one time. But the technology changes so fast and for the last 7-8 years I have been in operations and not IT, so now I have a help desk to call when things go wrong. I found this forum when I Googled a question that is not work related, which I will post shortly. From reading some of the posts here, I know that I don't know nearly as much as I thought I did. I hope some of you out there are the help desk types who can help me.
