Introduction

Hi Everyone,

My name is Tony. I live in upper New York and am retired.

I have approximately 40 years of experience in the IT field, not necessary working with PC's. I was a computer operations manager for about 16 years on midrange IBM platforms (S/38, S/34, AS/400s). I also have 5 years experience as a Security Officer for the AS/400 platform and prior to retiring had 3 years as an IT auditor.

One of my hobbies is fixing PC's. I became A+ certified about 5 years ago.

I am constantly fixing PC's for the family and friends. Every once in a while I run into an issue which I cannot readily resolve and am looking to this forum for support during those times.

I started working with PC's over 20 years ago.
