Internet Shutdowns

    I reguarly get explorer messages appearing saying this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.The two file names are comctl32.dll and msvcrt.dll.Can anyone help to eradicate this annoying problem :confused:

    Those errors are often associated with the presence of spyware.

    If you haven't scanned for and removed spyware, download, install, immediately update and then run Spybot and/or Ad-Aware. Read the help files to familiarize yourself with how they work. I recommend you use them both since each tends to find things the other misses. Let them clean up any spyware found.

    Hopefully, that's all you need to do to resolve the problem.
