Active Internet Security 2010 Problem

[Active] Internet Security 2010 Problem

I`m having major issues with Internet Security 2010. Ive tried doing a few things from reading on the forums but I cant seem to figure anything out. Ive downloaded the rkill.exe, and got it closed. Downloaded ComboFix. But the problem I`m having is that it won't install. Anything for that matter. Ive tried downloaded a few anti-ware programs but after they are put on the desktop and I try open them, nothing pops up. I also tried running/figuring out how to factory reboot, but everything is disabled. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm to the point that taking a hammer to it seems like the best idea.

Don't know if this helps but its on a HP Parvilion zv5000. And running Win XP.

Edit: I tried downloading DDS, but each mirror says the page can't be loaded. I dont know if its because of the IS2010. It does that to alot of websites Ive noticed when I searching for a guide on how to remove it.
