internet problems

hello all
Having problems with my wireless connection, about a week ago my internet just started lagging out, it freezes while trying to load a page if it loads the page at all. I play WOW and it doesnt seem to interfere with my games much but while surfing the web my speed goes to **** a get alot of cannot connect to remote server and alot of half loaded pages. im a vista user and using my laptop i share my internet with the ppl next store have 4 out of 5 bars all the time so i dont think its the range this happened a couple weeks ago and restarted comp back to factory and problem persisted for like 2 days then stopped and now its back can some throw some idea's out on how i can fix this problem

LOL store i cant believe i wrote that, and no there not having the same problem. ive had

them reset the modem and router but the problem is still there ive ran several anti-virus

software to see if it was a virus but comp is clean and used system mechanic pro to

check for registry prob adware and haven't found anything.
