Internet problem

can you help me sometimes my internet cannot connect unless i acess internet explorer. What is my problem????

Rebooting does help but when i reboot it again it stops, so i try again then it works

 

...from what you say it could be a few things, for instance....you say that you can only access the interent through internet explorer. is that instead of your ISP browser (eg.AOL). if so then i would say to check the settings.

are any other computers connected to the router having this same problem?
If so try restarting the router....if that doesnt work, check the router setting by entering the router's IP address in the address bar of internet explorer.

It could also be your firewall....what firewall is it?...Windows firewall??
