Working on a compaq Presario model S-7300CL , with a Instant Internet Keyboard model SK-2800C , with win 98se , used the restore feature [[ on D: , no retore disk ]]to reinstall the program/drivers for the key board only [the keyboard may have been corrupted by a virus or may have had something removed by one of 9 different virus , adware , mailware ,spyware , or trojan programs that were used to clean the system] it was originally working...When I press the Instant Internet Button it opens "My Computer" instead of bringing I.E. and the Dial Up Connection like it should ...only 1 key { of 8/9 } will let me make any changes to it when I try to click on the space that says " To Make Changes Click Here ", I talked to the " senior techs " at compaq for over 2 hrs ( part of which was trying to prove I had not stolen the PC ) possibly located over seas and the rest of the time with a person who appeared to be reading From a manual as we went along [ I did learn how to find the part to restore the keyboard , at least I have a icon on the task bar , can't make it work , but it's there ]... Is it possible that I need to restore the whole system due to some inter linking or is there way that I can get the keys to work ? I have gone to compaq's sites and downloaded thier latest keyboard drivers but have not installed them and I did not see any thing else that would help ... any Ideas from anyone ??
    Thank You......purplemtn.....

You need the cd/drivers for the "Instant Internet Keyboard model SK-2800C." Once you get those installed it "should" work..
