   Hi folks,
   I just installed windows 98 on a PC there. All was well until I tried to connect to my broadband connection via 'connect to internet' shortcut.
   It gives an unusual message saying something like 'unable to open connection wizzard, help file is missing'
   
   Is there a war around this problem?
