    My friend can't get to her Yahoo mail, control panel or anything that is connected to IE. The boxes come up with the title of what they are but no content. She downloaded something call Search a lot that comes up instead of her homepage. If I could get the control panel to come up, I might be able to solve part of the problem. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks!

    Download both Spybot and Ad-aware (links in my signature), install, immediately update and run. Delete all they find. If that doesn't get it, download CWShredder, open, close all browsers and hit fix.
