internet explorer will not install flash player activex

    when I try to install flash player. My bar tells me that this site is acting in a unsafe matter and cant download the activex. i have tried everything. What can I do? thank you

    first try looking in your add/remove programs. if u have it it will say adobe flash player 9 active x 2.33mb. if not u dont have it. to get it go to www.softwarepatch.com and under software look for adobe flash player 9 stand alone download 4.33 mb. then check your add/remove programs and it should be listed. hope this helps u.

    welcome to WindowsBBS ... :) ... !

    Which browser are you using? The procedure is different in IE6/IE7 (direct installation from Adobes site) compared to Firefox (downloading of a file to the computer and installing from there).
